We are looking for a confidentSupport Worker (6 months FTC maternity cover)with a passion for delivering outstanding care.



Youll be working42hours a week,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Elston House.



Elston House is an 8 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

  • Assist with medical & welfare needs

  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required

  • Safeguard

  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
